Ocean & Paddock — $29
Tender baked Southern blue whiting fillets served with Wagyu beef & potato croquettes, black carrot purée, water greens and lemon. A beautifully balanced dish with plenty of flavour.
Oriental Style Duck — $23
Our take on traditional Japanese duck karaage, served with wakame salad, pickled daikon, tonkatsu sauce, peanut & sesame. Crispy, savoury and packed with oriental-inspired flavour.
