When you sign up as a member of The Sharks, you’ll belong to not only a club with awesome, newly renovated facilities, but also our Sharks Community as well. As a not-for-profit organisation, you’ll be pleased to know that your membership goes towards supporting our local community and sporting clubs.

Become a member to automatically enter the Member Rewards Program. You may opt-out at any time.

Present your membership card to enjoy members pricing on food and
beverage throughout the club.

Use your membership card while playing the gaming machines or making a purchase to earn Rewards Points.
Level up
Progress towards the next level by accumulating Level Credits when using your membership card.

Use your Rewards Points to enjoy all your favourite things – food, beverage, or cash!
Rewards Points
Members commence in the Bronze level and earn Sharks Rewards Points at the following rates:
One Sharks Rewards Point per $1 spend on food and beverage
One Sharks Rewards Point per $10 play on the gaming machines
To redeem Sharks Rewards Points for cash, see staff in the gaming lounge or print a cash voucher through the rewards kiosk.
Status Levels
Each time you use your card across the Club, you will earn Status Credits to help you progress to the next Sharks Rewards status.
